Stick them up with double-sided foam tape, or hang them from a screw on the provided slot. I also have a few stuck to the inside of a safe, using magnets I glued to the light's back. These lights weigh but a few ounces each (and that's mostly the batteries), so don't require much in the way of hanging hardware. -Tough. I have one in a kitchen cabinet which I have used off and on for 5 years. Sometimes I am not so gentle turning it on, but it hasn't broken yet.
